PerformPlus^® Programs

The PerformPlus programs are unique reimbursement systems developed by AmeriHealth Caritas New Hampshire for participating providers.

The PerformPlus programs are intended to be fair and open systems that provide incentives for high-quality and cost-effective care, member service and convenience, and submission of accurate and complete health data. Quality performance is the most important determinant of the additional compensation. As additional meaningful measures are developed and improved, the quality indicators contained in the PerformPlus programs will be refined. AmeriHealth Caritas New Hampshire reserves the right to make changes to these programs upon prior written notice to provider practices.
