AmeriHealth Caritas New Hampshire Earns NCQA Health Equity Accreditation

AmeriHealth Caritas New Hampshire (ACNH) has earned the Health Equity Accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to improving health care quality. The NCQA awards accreditation to organizations that take a leading role in providing culturally and linguistically sensitive services and that work to improve health care access and care for all. ACNH achieved the recognition by completing the NCQA’s rigorous accreditation process.
“Achieving this accreditation is a milestone in our work to ensure all of our members have access to high-quality care,” said AmeriHealth Caritas New Hampshire Market President Bill Keena. “It affirms our commitment to understanding and addressing social determinants of health while also reflecting our ongoing efforts to advance innovative solutions that build healthy communities.”
AmeriHealth Caritas New Hampshire began serving the state’s Medicaid Standard Plan enrollees in September 2019, helping Granite Staters get care and stay well through focusing on the acute and broader social factors that drive health outcomes.
